I have been a featured speaker at several international conferences and at many locally organized workshops and annual meetings across Ontario.

The local media often calls on me to comment on issues of importance to people with disabilities. I recently participated on a radio panel discussing the Robert Latimer case. Other issues I have commented to the media on are : government funding, education, inclusion and re-structuring of the service delivery system.
Several national TV programs and Radio have featured interviews about people with developmental disabilities.
Along with my personal advocacy group activities I am very proud of my involvement in the development of the powerful self-discovery program "Keeping Your Dreams Alive" . It unleashes a person's potential and is a program I take every opportunity to promote.
